DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

("SIL," "we," "us," "our") has collected about you through our WhatsApp Business messaging integration, offered as part of our platform on behalf of the clinics and hospitals ("clients") that use our services.

II. What Does Savannah Informatics Do?

SIL is a provider of network-enabled services for medical service providers and insurers across Kenya.

III. What Information May Be Deleted

Through our WhatsApp Business messaging integration, we may hold information such as your name, phone number, and message history related to appointment reminders, visit updates, billing reminders, and other communications sent on behalf of our clients.

IV. How to Request Deletion

If you would like us to delete this information, you may do so through either of the following methods:

• Call us at 0790 360 360 or send us an email at security@savannahinformatics.com, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," including your full name, phone number, and the name of the clinic or hospital you interacted with; or

• Contact the clinic or hospital directly, and they can submit the deletion request to us on your behalf.

V. What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity, delete the relevant information from our systems within 30 days, and send you a confirmation once this is complete.
